Bahar, hoping for another chance with Evren, is shaken when she finds herself face-to-face with Naz. When she finally musters the courage to speak with Evren at the hospital, a single sentence from him pierces her already broken heart like an arrow. At that very moment, a critical case at Peran forces Evren and Bahar to work together, compelling them to confront not only the medical challenge but also the unresolved issues in their relationship.
