Bahar, trying to reunite the quintuplets with their mother, learns of Rengin's fatal illness. Seren's actions also cause her to worry about Aziz Uras losing control. However, Uras has already made a decision no one could have predicted. Amidst all the chaos, Bahar's top priority is Rengin. She asks Harun to save her; this is a difficult test, both medically and emotionally. Bahar, trying to convince Rengin to have surgery, is shaken by her unexpected request and is forced to make a critical decision. Meanwhile, Parla's discovery of the truth that has been kept from her further complicates matters. Parla's sudden life-threatening situation puts Bahar to her most difficult test as both a mother and a doctor. And the approaching great danger at the hospital drags Bahar into a struggle where she will have to save not only a patient, but also her loved ones, especially Evren, from the brink of death.
