Ce canal géant va-t-il retirer "1 million de camions" de nos routes ?

C'est un projet pharaonique, entre Paris et Lille. Sur plus de 100 km de long, il faut imaginer un gigantesque canal qui ambitionne de révolutionner le transport et de retirer 1 million de camion des routes.
Présenté comme une solution par ses promoteurs, il est pourtant combattu au nom de l'écologie par ses détracteurs. Alors c’est quoi ce "chantier du siècle" et peut-il vraiment remplacer "1 million" de camions ? Lucas a voulu comprendre dans ce nouvel épisode des Docs nature.
