Il faut dire qu’on y fabrique plus de 1000 variétés différentes, que l'on en consomme en moyenne 24 kilo par an, et surtout, que nous sommes de fervents défenseurs des fromages au lait cru.
Pour découvrir ce produit incontournable de notre patrimoine gastronomique, Jamy s’est rendu au Marché d'Intérêt national (marché de gros) de Rungis où transitent bon nombre des fromages qui seront vendus en crèmeries.
Et Fred est allé dans l'Aveyron, pour suivre la filière d'un de nos fromages de caractère : le roquefort.
