D’où vient cette eau ? De quelle qualité est-elle ? Comment arrive-t-elle jusqu’au robinet ?
Sabine est allée explorer l’immense réseau d’eau potable qui approvisionne les Parisiens. Jamy, lui, a installé son laboratoire à l’usine de Belleville, qui est chargée de mettre la pression dans le réseau.
