Una venta con freno y marcha atrás
Finales de septiembre de 1979. La situación económica de la familia Alcántara no mejora y necesitan vender el piso cuanto antes, aunque la crisis que atraviesa el país dificulta la venta. Pituca y Goyo, los vecinos del edificio, muestran interés, pero lo que en realidad quieren es aprovecharse de la mala situación económica de Antonio y Mercedes. Paralelamente a la venta, Antonio recibe la inesperada llamada de Félix Maceiras que le hará ver una luz en medio de un horizonte tan negro.
Quien también lo ve todo negro es Inés, que sigue sin entenderse con sus alumnos. Los chicos la intimidan y continúan con su actitud amenazante hacia ella. Una pintada en el baño de chicas pondrá en peligro su puesto y el de Pascual.
