La mujer y la tierra
Marzo de 1980. Mercedes continúa en Valencia haciendo negocios inmobiliarios con Tomás. Antonio cada vez está más celoso y su sospecha de que ha pasado algo entre ellos es cada vez mayor. Lejos de la realidad, Mercedes solo piensa en trabajo, y parece que es la única porque Tomás en vez de estar de negocios parece estar de vacaciones. Una serie de coincidencias y acontecimientos a lo largo del capítulo harán a Mercedes sentirse extraña y a la vez libre en una ciudad desconocida para ella.
Inés visita a Javi que se recupera en el hospital de la puñalada que le dieron en el capítulo anterior. Sabe que está enganchado a la droga y no sabe cómo hacerle ver que si sigue por ese camino va a terminar muy mal.
