Faced with congestion, doctors fight the battle for beds every day. In complex gymnastics, they are constantly reassessing the situation to meet ever-increasing demand. Negotiations are constantly taking place between the heads of the different departments in order to free up a bed or a stretcher, which can accommodate a patient whose needs are more pressing. Inevitably, dilemmas arise, which often involve morals and ethics.
