As Sibel is about to sit on the wedding table, she learns that Erhan is the father of Elif's baby. Sibel, who has a great hesitation about whether or not to tell Erhan the truth, does not know what to do. Sibel cannot bear the weight of this fact and leaves the wedding table. Erhan is shocked by Sibel's decision and tries to find out the reason for Sibel's decision. Sibel, who thinks that she no longer has a future with Erhan, makes a very critical decision about her life. She will lie on the operating table and forget forever the possibility of becoming a mother. But Erhan has no intention of giving up on Sibel. He will do everything in his power to persuade her to sit at the wedding table again.
