Die Schöne vom Beckenrand

Mathias Berger, credit advisor at a private bank, is found murdered in the pool of a public swimming pool. The attractive lifeguard Jennifer Meyer discovered him. The colleagues Otto and Ben are immediately carried away by the beautiful woman, who hardly seems to be aware of the effect of her appearance in a touchingly naive way. Jennifer is exposed to the penetrating advances of her pool attendant colleague Armin. Otto sees this because he suffers from a herniated disc and from now on, "for therapeutic reasons", makes his morning circles in Jenny's bathroom. Meanwhile, Verena finds out that Jenny was Berger's lover. The murdered man's wife and son, Susanne and Gregor, supposedly knew nothing of the love affair. Susanne Berger has multiple sclerosis.
