Michele is a single woman who has often been mistaken for a man. She turned to Extreme Makeover to help her replace her tomboy image with that of a beautiful woman. Michele had rhinoplasty, fat removed from her cheeks, eye lift, brow lift, chin implant and her teeth whitened.
