Toxic Flip

Tarek and Christina get a lead on a small house that's aggressively priced and could be a lucrative deal based on comparable sales in the neighborhood. They go to inspect the house before making a decision and find it boarded up and in rough shape. Despite its condition, the numbers are promising and they've done well in this area before. They decide to take the calculated risk and buy the home, its interior still sight unseen.
