Tarek and Christina receive a call from their longtime friend, Carlos, who is deciding whether to sell his family's home or to try his hand at flipping it. It's a tall order for a novice flipper, but with the aid of Tarek and Christina's knowledge and experience, Carlos may be able to get his family a higher sale price.
