Finders Keepers for Franklin / Franklin's New Friend

When Franklin and Beaver play baseball, Franklin finds a camera, Beaver, Bear and his friends insist that he should keep the camera. But when he loses his stuffed dog Sam, he learns that finders keepers isn't a good idea at all.; A new friend, Moose, comes to school, but because he's different, Franklin doesn't know if he can be friends with him.
