Harry Möller und Henning Schulz stoppen den 20-jährigen Hagen Hansen, da er seine Wagenladung nicht ordnungsgemäß gesichert hat. Allerdings wird Henning blass, als er entdeckt, was auf der Ladefläche liegt: Hansens tote Freundin. Hansen will die junge Frau zum Meer bringen, um sie dort zu beerdigen. Dies war ihr letzter Wille. Doch Vorschrift ist eben Vorschrift: Harry und Henning bringen die Tote und ihren Freund aufs Revier.
Bodo Hollmann hat nicht mehr lang zu leben, doch er muss noch eine Rechnung mit Hannes Rogolski alias "die Ziege" begleichen. Er will ihn an die Polizei ausliefern, damit seine Lebensgefährtin Hilde nach seinem Tod von der ausgesetzten Belohnung leben kann.
