Tom is interrogated by Richard. Tom tries to talk his way out of it and claims that the postcard is not from him. But Tom gives himself away: he mentions that the postcard is already 150 years old. Richard is euphoric. He is now sure that Tom knows a lot more about Room 13. Richard and Jack hatch a plan to shadow Tom. Tom is supposed to lead them to Room 13 on his own, without him noticing. Lenny is sure that he has scored highly with his friends with his "fusion" cuisine. Then he discovers that Ruth and the others have ordered pizza to secretly fill their hungry stomachs. Lenny's self-confidence takes a severe hit. He no longer dares to cook for the critic. Flo and Victoria feel sorry for their friend and decide to take matters into their own hands.
