Today I show you how to do an incredible backflip. Learning to do a backflip is extremely easy and doesn't take very much time at all. It doesn't matter how old or how athletic you are, you will easily be able to learn how to do a backflip in minutes. You'll be surprised at how easy it really is! However please ensure that you stretch / warm up to avoid any injuries! Don't let the complex look of a backflip fool you! my dead goat can even do them!
