How To Make a Wedding Cake

Today I show you how to make a wedding cake. Did you know that the average wedding cake costs approximately $2,500? - That's ridiculous! In this video I show you how to make a cake that looks better - and most importantly tastes better; for less than $100. Simply follow the step by step instructions and you'll create a delicious wedding cake for less than 1/20th of the price!

*INGREDIENTS*
1 tbsp / 15g butter
3 eggs
2 tbsp cream (or 1 ½ tbsp milk)
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup grated cheese (any melting cheese, I usually use cheddar)
MUSHROOM FILLING (OPTIONAL):
1 tbsp / 15g butter or olive oil
150 g / 5 oz mushrooms , sliced (about 1 ½ cups)
1 small garlic clove , minced
Pinch of fresh thyme leaves and finely chopped parsley (optional)
