Rudi si comporta in maniera strana, decide di non andare più a scuola e inizia a lavorare in bottiglieria con il benestare di Cesare. Giulio si arrabbia sia con il figlio che con il fratello. Matilde e Mimmo fanno una scommessa: partendo da un oggetto di poco conto, vincerà chi riuscirà ad ottenere, solamente attraverso il baratto, la cosa di più valore. Il piccolo Cesaroni imbroglia scambiando di nascosto un hard disk portatile di Marco. Walter conosce Barbara in discoteca e ci passa la notte insieme. Il padre della sposa si infuria e viene quasi alle mani con Marco perché lo ha scambiato per Walter. Durante la colluttazione si rompe l'hard disk con tutte le canzoni del nuovo album del Cesaroni. Fortunatamente c'è una copia di backup in un altro disco fisso, quello che però ha precedentemente scambiato Mimmo. Matilde viene in soccorso al cugino riuscendo miracolosamente a recuperare l'oggetto.
