Hearing the news of the marriage of Leyla and Ömer, Uluçınar's employees are in a sweet rush. Everyone is trying to leave the bad events behind and not to leave the two young people alone in their happy days. Staying out of this excitement disturbs Yalçın, who has a bad relationship with Leyla and Ömer, and causes him to be sharpened to finish Hakan. A controversial case arrives to the hospital; Hakan brings Yalçın and Neslihan face to face and causes cracking sounds in Uluçınar. Mediha's condition is getting worse. Realizing that Leyla is trying to hide her guilt, Hakan guides her. Hakan and Mine's divorce process continues. Hakan manages to impress Mine with a move he makes, but it is not easy to repair this relationship anymore. A painful situation at the wedding ignites the fuse to change the course of events.
