The surprises Hakan has planned for Mine will change the extent of Hakan and Mine's relationship. Ömer, on the other hand, builds an insurmountable wall between himself and Leyla. While Leyla gives herself to her job, Ömer cannot cope with the loneliness and the feeling of being deceived and takes a decision. Hakan tries to reverse his decision, but Ömer has his back on Hakan, the only person he trusts. An envelope arriving at the hospital reveals a truth about Ömer's past. Yalçın learns of Neslihan's plan for Erol, but Neslihan's promise leaves him in the middle. Neslihan's plan puts not only Erol at risk, but also Uluçınar.
