Yalçın's acceptance as a general surgeon upsets the balance of all Uluçınar residents, especially Hakan. Meanwhile, Ömer and Leyla intervene in a patient who suddenly becomes ill in intensive care. The death of the patient becomes hope for Kerem, who is waiting for a heart. Mine finds evidence to get the truth about Hakan's hand. Mine and Hakan decide to fight everything together. The suspicious death notice falls like a bomb on Uluçınar. A prosecutor arrives at the hospital and investigates the death of an intensive care patient. Meanwhile, an emergency patient arrives and Yalçın and Hakan have to perform surgery together. The prosecutor is also monitoring the surgery. Will Hakan be able to hide the condition of his hand? The outcome of the investigation justifies Omar's suspicions. This situation puts Hakan and Bülent under a great responsibility. Uluçınar is facing a major crisis.
