The Prepper group is busy organizing, and Frank is now a fully accepted member. The group has decided to hold a big 'Russians are coming' exercise. However, Frank doesn't quite have a handle on the chain of command and storage systems, which is taking a toll on him. Frank and Mia have various post-marital affairs.
