- Sleeping Beauty takes place in France? - Based off of Perrault's story as well (For the locations/time periods of these princesses, I didn't have a straightforward "choosing method." I mostly looked at original stories as well as the time period likely depicted in the movie and then deduced from there. They are, in no way, conclusive!
