Ali is trying to get used to pathology, albeit difficult. The worst thing is; Nazli will no longer help her return to surgery. Meanwhile, the entire surgical team mobilizes for a patient with an extraordinarily large tumor. But it seems impossible to remove the tumor without killing the man. Beliz, on the other hand, has a terrible suspicion about her friend who has just given birth. Standing on the edge of both cases, Ali has to do it on his own and do something he's never done before if he's going to return to surgery.
