1921. Secours international à la famine en Russie
Russia, 1921. After a world war, a revolution and a civil war, drought wiped out the country's crops, and a great famine threatened the lives of 40 million people. Humanitarian organisations from all over the world provided aid to Russia in a mostly forgotten show of solidarity by the capitalist west to the Bolshevik state.
