Faites l’amour pas la guerre, parce que la guerre, c’est pas très très bien ! Si notre histoire est parsemée de conflits violents qui ont embrasé le monde, il est intéressant de se pencher sur une question fondamentale lorsqu’on les étudie  : Pourquoi ? Pourquoi faire la guerre ? Pour devenir plus gros que les voisins ? Pour se défendre ? Pour renforcer la cohésion d’une nation ? Pour du pétrole ou des épices ? On pourrait résumer ça par le profit mais ça serait sans doute très réducteur. Et en réalité quand vous ou moi, à l’échelle individuelle on pense “guerre”, ça peut nous sembler absurde. Qui aurait envie d’aller se battre avec son voisin alors qu’il peut jouir d’une vie paisible à cultiver la terre comme dirait William Wallace au début de Braveheart avant de mettre le feu à l’Ecosse et à l’Angleterre ? Personne. Et pourtant, les guerres sont là et certaines ont une origine vraiment, mais alors vraiment absurde ! Allez on va voir ça ensemble !
