Aujourd’hui nous allons décrypter toutes nos habitudes insensées ! Je ne parle pas de toutes les actions que l’on fait lorsque nous sommes fatigués ou distraits, comme par exemple rouvrir son frigo qu’on vient d’inspecter, ou rentrer dans une pièce en oubliant totalement ce qu’on venait y faire. Pour ça, l’histoire ne nous aide pas. En revanche, elle nous permet de nous rappeler du sens caché derrière toutes sortes de coutumes qu’on continue d’appliquer sans vraiment savoir pourquoi. Tous ces petits gestes que l’on exécute sans réfléchir ont souvent un sens plus ancien et profond que l’on ne le croit! Nous allons essayer de redécouvrir ce sens...mais je vous préviens, ce n’est pas toujours évident !
