Connaissez-vous Kanji Ishiwara ? Probablement pas. Et pourtant, cet officier de l’Armée Impériale japonaise, par sa politique, par ses idées, par son ambition, a permis en 1932 la création d’un État très particulier : le Mandchoukouo. Et sans le Mandchoukouo, il n’y aurait pas eu d’alliance entre le Japon et le IIIe Reich et peut-être… pas de Seconde Guerre Mondiale ! Je reviens avec vous sur cet épisode.
