Comment mesurer le temps qui passe ?

Est-ce que ça vous arrive de vous réveiller la nuit sans avoir aucune idée de l’heure qu’il est ? Vous vous sentez reposé, mais pas trop, et surtout il y a aucun moyen de “ressentir” si c’est 3h du matin, ou déjà 7h ? Enfin si, il y a un moyen : le réveil, le portable… et bien sûr, la montre ! Une invention pas facile, qui a mis beaucoup de temps à apparaître dans notre histoire, mais qui change la vie. Par exemple, j’aurais jamais pu bosser sur Nota Bene, sans bien contrôler mon temps, et c'est pour ça que je vous propose de découvrir son histoire aujourd'hui !
