Les Comanches qui ont fait trembler l'Amérique

Quand on parle des empires amérindiens, très souvent on pense à des nations très anciennes, comme les Mayas ou les Aztèques, qui étaient là bien avant l’arrivée des conquistadors comme Cortés. Mais en fait, certains de ces empires sont apparus très tard, alors que les États-Unis étaient déjà indépendants, et se lançaient à la Conquête de l’Ouest ! Aujourd'hui, nous allons partir vers les grandes plaines, pour vous parler d’un empire. Un vaste territoire, qui s’étire au cœur d’un continent, et qui a été conquis par des guerriers redoutables, cavaliers remarquables et archers d’exception. On pourrait presque croire que c’est l’empire mongol, mais non : en route pour l’Amérique du Nord du 19e siècle, à la découverte de la Comancheria !
