De tous les pays d’Europe, la France se classe largement en tête des restaurants de sushis : faut dire que c’est pas donné, mais c’est particulièrement savoureux ! Cela dit, je vous rassure, ça reste bien loin derrière les burgers, les pizzas et les sandwichs, qui coûtent d’ailleurs moins cher. Mais il y a quand même trois trucs qui m’étonnent : de un, la distance : comment le sushi est parvenu du Japon jusqu’à chez nous ? De deux, la datation, car le sushi n’a percé qu’au début des années 2000, donc pourquoi pas avant, ou après ? Et de trois : la croissance. En 2000, le sushi débute, en 2019, on est déjà à 8,4 Kg de sushis consommés par habitant, et en 2025 on dépasse les 500 millions de plats servis chaque année ! Alors, comment on en est arrivé là ?
