The Housewife

Stockholm 1950. The recent years has implied dramatical changes for the Löwander family. Nina and Erik have got a little daughter and Nina lives a quiet life as housewife. But everything is not as perfect as it seems. Peter has married Ester, got children and works as a lawyer. A love in he past shows up. Gustaf works alone as restaurant keeper, but Peter and Helga opposes against his plans. The conflict between the brothers comes to life, stronger than ever. Chef Backe has an accident and Calle takes the chance as reserv. Maggan revolts against the geezers in the labour union.
