Zimmermann und Grawe lauern im Park einem Vergewaltiger auf, der mit sehr brutalen Mitteln vorgeht. Die beiden Kriminalisten wollen dem Vergewaltiger eine Falle stellen, indem eine hübsche junge Kriminalistin, auf die auch Zimmermann sein Auge geworfen hat, als «Köder» durch einen ansonsten menschenleeren Park läuft. Der Umstand, dass die junge Polizistin Zimmermann gefällt, hat auf den Erfolg der Aktion insofern Auswirkungen, da Zimmermann als Einsatzleiter aus Sorge um die hübsche Kollegin den Befehl zum Eingreifen zu früh gibt und der Tatverdächtige sich zunächst darauf herausreden kann, er habe nichts Böses im Schilde geführt, zumal ihn die noch immer unter Schock stehenden Vergewaltigungsopfer nicht eindeutig identifizieren können.
