Die alte Dame steht plötzlich mit ihrem Anwalt in Schmückes Büro und ist felsenfest davon überzeugt, dass ihre Schwester ermordet wurde, auch wenn der Stümper von Arzt behauptet, sie sei eines natürlichen Todes gestorben. Der Grund für den Mord liegt für Waltraud Mengelmann auf der Hand: Erbschleicherei!
