In den frühen Morgenstunden finden Kriminalhauptkommissar Jürgen Tauber und seine Kollegin Jo Obermaier das stadtbekannte Starlet und Busenwunder Lo tot aber seltsam dekorativ im Daphne-Tempel des Münchner Hofgarten. Alles weist darauf hin, dass Lo an dieser Stelle nicht gestorben sein kann. Schnell führen die Spuren zu ihrem Manager Fred Fink und dessen Freundin Walli, die wegen ihrer ebenfalls mehrfachen Brustvergrößerungen von der Münchner Szene "Silikon Walli" genannt wird. Beide Frauen arbeiteten in Freds "Eventagentur". Sie waren Freundinnen und Konkurrentinnen zugleich. Bei der ersten Vernehmung durch die beiden Kommissare zeigen sich jedoch weder Walli noch Fred besonders überrascht oder betroffen von Los Tod.
