Goodbye Norway, hello Rügen! Island doctor Nora Kaminski returns from her several-week-long break following her called-off wedding. Back to square one, still single—and with a heart that hasn’t quite healed yet—the practice owner is immediately put to the test: vacationer Pia Geissen has broken her arm and is being treated by Nora. A short time later, the patient returns to the office with additional complaints.
