4 Signs You're Healing (from Panic Attacks) #shorts

The signs of panic attacks can be quite frightening, from a pounding or racing heart, sweating, chills, trembling, breathing problems, weakness or dizziness, tingly or numb hands, chest pain, stomach pain, and nausea. An intense worry about when the next panic attack will happen.

Have you ever had a panic attack? It can be really scary... But you're stronger than you think and there's a way to overcome it. Here are a few signs you’re successfully healing from your first panic attack.

1) Things seem easier
If you were a self-conscious person who
feared speaking up or asking questions in
class, chances are you will overcome your
fears gradually and become more spontaneous
now.
2) You start prioritizing yourself over
other things
You do things that advocate self-love. You
take care of yourself by trying to eat
healthy, meditating or trying out new and
exciting things which make you feel
content.
3) Personality changes
If you were an introvert who keep their
feelings inside, there may be chances that
you will become more outspoken. Similarly,
if you were an extrovert, you may feel the
need to organize your thoughts and trust a
smaller group of people.

4) Even though the past hurts you, you're
gradually learning to let it go
Even though the past still haunts you,
you've learnt to accept the trauma you
faced and forgive the people or
circumstances that caused it. You're truly
learning to "Forgive and Forget”.
