If You're Feeling Depressed, Watch This

When you are feeling depressed, it is very easy to want to isolate yourself, and not talk to anyone. It is in fact during these hard times that you should most talk to others. Overcoming depression is a lifelong process. If you're dealing with clinical depression, it is best to follow the recommended treatment by your doctor.

DISCLAIMER: There's a difference between feeling depressed and being clinically depressed. If you're clinically depressed, please follow the treatment plan that your health care provider prescribed. This video is meant more as self-help for those who might just be showing mild level of depression.
