6 Signs You're Going Through Depression, Not BROKEN

Depression may make us feel like we're broken inside. We feel hopeless, beat down. We feel like a bad person because of how "broken" we are. In this video, we want to remind you that your depression doesn't define who you are. These thoughts that you're having may be one of the signs of depression. To help you see things in a clearer perspective, here are a few signs you may be experiencing depression, not BROKEN.
