While Suavi and Levent try to remove the obstacles to sending Zeynep away, Cüneyd, who wants to meet with Levent, learns about Suavi's illness. Cüneyd and Sadi decide to make a surprise patient visit, taking the people from the dervish lodge with them. This visit will give Müyesser the opportunity to pursue his suspicions about Levent and Meryem. On the other hand, although she does not get out of trouble because of Can, a new shock awaits Mira, who is getting used to her mother's absence, just on her birthday. Feyza, who is jealous of Zeynep, starts a game to make Cüneyd an enemy of Zeynep. Shaken by what he hears, Cüneyd confronts Zeynep to ask for an account, while Müyesser learns Meryem's secret despite Levent's best efforts.
