Monica Becomes a Delinquent

Monica is summoned by Mary Harvey, one of the Seven Sages and the Starseer Witch. She asks Monica to accompany her to the “Magical Offering” that is held at the festival in Corlapton. Corlapton holds a festival that sends off the dead, and participants ring a bell in their costumes as they do so. As Monica arrives to Corlapton with Mary, she finds an unexpected person there. The second prince Felix who came incognito without a bodyguard.
