In the climax to POD's work over the last year, fakery and natural beauty go head to head in the first ever Snog Marry Avoid beauty pageant. Six previous PODettes face POD's catwalk, where they reveal whether they have kept their natural look or turned back to a life of fakery. Only the best look will win, so will a natural beauty or a fake fanatic take home the title of Mr or Miss Snog Marry Avoid 2012?
