Nach dem Mord an zwei Justizbeamten fällt der Verdacht sofort auf Dieter Landowsky, der wegen Drogenhandels auf dem Weg zur Staatsanwaltschaft war und sich nun auf der Flucht befindet.
Seine einzige Vertraute ist seine Ex-Freundin Anna Palaske, weshalb sie von zwei Männern vom LKA observiert wird. Diese sind sich sicher, dass Landowsky bei ihr auftauchen und Hilfe suchen wird. Ausgerechnet einen Abend zuvor lernt Jan Anna in einer Bar kennen.
