When a car owner is about to get upset about a ticket, he finds Rike Wehnert lying dead. She was a politesse. A profession that triggers anger in many. Tamara Plensky, a co-worker, knows the hostility and fear of assault. The concern was shared by Rike's ex, Justin. He tried to persuade Rike to quit. Justin gives the commissioners a clue.
