Küsse in St. Tropez

1 member

Popular writer Magnus C. Kayser lies dead in the elevator of the Havel publishing house. The investigators lock-down: no one in, no one out. The murderer must still be in the building. One after another is questioned, each in his office. Without exception, everyone has a motive and is not truthful. When the detectives reconstruct the last minutes before Kayser's death, they receive different statements. The employees become entangled in contradictions. Why does no one want to be last to see the most famous author of the house? What is being hidden? When the detectives learn that Kayser had a dispute with Anselm Günther, his ghostwriter, he is investigated. Kayser hadn't written for a long time, and Günther wanted more money for the new book. Kayser refused. Then the victim's wife turns up at the scene. The commissioners note with horror that Kayser has systematically harassed and coerced the staff for years. Did one of the women fight back? (Text: ZDF)
