Premier épisode du nouveau format (qui reste à peaufiner) sur Ratatouille, un de mes films préférés quand j'étais petit !
Dans cette vidéo on rend hommage à la cuisine, on retrace la science qui donne naissance au goût... Et surtout, à la lumière d'une scène marquante du film, celle où Anton Ego goûte la Ratatouille, on met en lumière certaines influences plus mystérieuse du goût, les influences qui se trouvent dans notre cerveau.
