A kosher wine merchant (Roberto, non-practising jew) is supervising the elaboration of his kosher wine in a famous Castle near Bordeaux (France), belonging to a Lady (non-jew). None of them may touch the wine. It's the rule. Actually, during all the making process, the kosher wine may be only touched and manipulated by the rabbis or the « rabbi students » (delegated by a rabbi). Schneor and Ephraïm, who learned how to make wine in a book (Talmud), have a very special personal practising on the ground...
