A body is found in a state forest, his head and hands burned. Unable to identify the victim, Léa relies heavily on the help of Franck, the forensic pathologist. The murder weapon, found in the pyre, is a tool used by foresters, loggers and forest rangers. Could the murderer be among them? One of the rangers is Zoe, Franck's sister, she knows the forest well and offers to help. But during the investigation, Zoe mysteriously disappears and Franck acts strangely. Are they involved?
