Kressin ist wieder in Köln; seine Kollegen sind einem Schmugglerring auf der Spur, der unverzollten Alkohol in die Bundesrepublik einschleust. Dabei bedient sich diese Bande eines ebenso raffinierten wie simplen Tricks: Ein Lastzug bringt den Alkohol aus einem osteuropäischen Land über die Grenze, wobei die Ladung als Leinölfirnis oder Schwefelsäure ausgegeben wird und als Transitgut nach Belgien deklariert wird.
